can u make money free?

hi frnds, what do you feel about making money online for free with paid e-mails, paid surveys, paid to ckick sites, etc, because there are a lot of scam sites among the few genuine sites, yes there are a few genuine sites which pay for these programs. but the earning is not a huge amount, it's just nominal earning. so what is your opinion about these online earning programs?
