how to earn at getpaidmails.com??

i have heard many things about this site.After signing up with them,First i clicked on paidtosearch, but they said they do not allow people from india to do that.On that page there was one thing i read that i won't be able to click on paid to read also and if i do that my account will be debited 0.50 $ for that.So now i can't decide how to earn money there.If anybody can help me in this matterr i will be really thankful to them.Please give me every detail u have so i can start earning there.I am waiting for your reply..
