What is your favorite chicken dish? Mine would be Chicken Adobo, especially the ones cooked by my husband and my aunt. How about you?

I love my mom's adobo too and fried chicken, also her "halang-halang", I do know what is it in tagalog, it is very hot with lemon grass and potato!LOL

I like fried chicken and Chinese chicken soup, especially cook by my mom. We have some powder call "yellow ginger", when mix with chicken that really delicious. My mom cook chicken soup with sweet potato, onion and some other ingredient which make the soup taste good too. This soup quite famous here, called "ABC soup".
