certainly I dont think so that conflict is always done for negetive reason... because If you are discussing something and endup fighting eachother over a point that not a conflict but also be said as a debate... which has something for each party but it all depends how people digest them.. ya but it all depands on the mood of the person.... and his liking and dislike.. dont you think so...

It's all relative. The conflict may appear negative, but good can come out of it. For example, World War II. Without that conflict, things would have been a lot more negative.

No, conflict can have constructive resolutions and bring about improvements. Conflict is only negative when it gets out of hand, goes on too long without being resolved, or includes abuse to one or more parties.
