Knowing and discovering your TALENTS is it only from SCHOOL or ENVIRONMENT?

As we all know, we all got talents. We just have to find it and explore it. But the question here is, where do we get our talents? Do we learn it from school or from our environment? Or is it already within us ever since we were born? If you have descovered your talent/s, how did you find it?

I think we are born with talents. usually we enjoy those thigs we are good at, so we discover rather quickly what our talents are. It doesn't always happen that way, though. I did not know I could draw until I was 65 years old! I was always into music and playing my flute. then, suddenly, I couldn't play my flute any more. In looking for another outlet I found out that I can draw. I now write and illustrate children's books.

I agree. You will discover/know talents anywhere. School or environment won't change how they emerge.

i learned mathematics in school. if you consider it as a talent. but i learned how to play guitar at home. i guess, not all talents are learned in school. sometimes, you learned them from the people around you or basically, your environment.

Both environment and school. School is limited to find your talent, environment and job might help more.
