Puchasing referrals - any guarantee that they are active?

Now since I am starting to get some paybacks from a few of the ptc:s I have joined, I am starting to think about purchasing som referrals, to increase the moneymaking.
However I am doubtful because I know that there are a lot of passive referrals. I have however heard about some sites that exchange passive referrals. Does someone have experience of purchasing referrals, how active are they, and have you been able to exchange passive referrals!

Hi there Emiese! Have you heard of 07bux? They guarantee active referrals. If your purchased referrals becomes inactive for seven days they will replace it with new ones that are active. On thing that is not good about 07bux is that they pay their members 14 days after the request of payments. Isabelmarco is a good site too, but I don't kowabout the referrals. Happy earnings. :0)

Read their TOS,
they have state that will they change unactive referral or not.
If you read the TOS say that will change unacitve referral,
but not changing them,
just have a chargeback.

I agree with this post. Many sites will exchange inactive referrals that you've purchased, others will not. You must read their TOS and Forum and find out.
I plan on purchasing referrals from a couple sites myself, such as 07bux and bux3. Bux3 makes no promises, but I am going to start by buying only the 5 referrals, so if none are active I've only lost $7. I will make the purchase when I recieve the payment, so I'm really not out anything since it was free money to begin with. If I get 1 active referral out of it, then great! I will reach my next payout that much faster and perhaps buy another 5 or more.

well ...as u said that the sites are genuine enough to pay you then i see that there should not be any problem in buying referrals too...the best is to be more concrete and their names .
