hi , guess it really depends on the stress level of the day. when i have a relaxed day it is not so many. i have a problem controlling my self if it has been a touch day or i when i am watching a movie.

I don't smoke any, I hope you don't either it is bad for your health, I quit 30 yrs ago. And I am glad I did, I gained alot of weight though when I did stop smoking. Have a good day.
