What level do you play on crazy cakes?

My son started playing Crazy Cakes on pogo last night. He started off on beginner and does really well at it. He tried to go up to easy, but started to get confused. I did beginner for about 3 rounds and then moved on up. I can go on master chef for awhile, but then I have to move back down to hard. So what level do you play on? Beginner, easy, medium, hard, or master chef?
