Who is using the Spider Web Marketing System?

A couple of people on Mylot have told me you can set up a free blog on Blogger .com instead of GDI.Is this true.If so,why don't they say that on the video?It still sounds like you have to pay for hosting.I've also heard you have to pay for some of the other programs they want you to set up.If anyone has any experience with Spider web,please shed some light.

I would really love to hear the answer to this myself. I keep hearing more and more about it. But, I haven't been able to look into like I want to. Hopefully someone will have a good answer for this?
