The Best PTC(Paid to Click program)

There are various sites in the internet who promise that they are the best but most of them are scams.I already tried various sites and got scammed several times.I think "Foxcash" is the best PTC. Its pays in time,gives 1.5 cent for every click and also have a trusted admin.In my opinion Foxcash rocks. If anyone thinks the best PTC is some other program then let me know.
