is Pay2surf a scam site?

Hi, I've joined this site last week and I just wonder is this site a secure site or a scam site that will not pay me money with all the excuses! Please share with me especially if you received payment from them. thanks.

I believe in this site but a lot of people says "this is only other scam site" i'm thrusted.
