I always wonder what can be done to increase the standard of life of the common people. What can be done in order to increase the opportunities for people who has unemployed, jobless, under poverty, etc? I think one way is to create more opporutnities. I also think if we do our best in whatever job we are this will increase more opportunities for others.

Illeteracy is the great factor that hinders a person from improving and having a nice living. We need to educate people the importance of having an education then educate them how to make a living. There are just some people who have a high pride. Don't they know that by just gathering used things from other people is a decent living than stealing. Recycling old things. Buying then selling them to recycling company is good for those who have little education. Next factor that affect low standard of living is 'LAZINESS' then procastination...in which they always come together. I know there are many poor people, but there are many organizations and ways to help yourself. Another thing is for the government to PUSH these people to stretch their bodies. The more opportunities, the better life people will have. For rich people, what do you want to do with your money? Please help a lot of children be sent to school as early as possible. Its better to educate the children than those hard headed adults. Thank you! Take care

It is always great to understand different people's opinion. I think most times when people start discussions they look forward to see different opinions.

Thanks for checking this out again. I have forgotten that I answered your discussion. I read your views and mine, and I was enlightened how nice it is to remember old topics and they remain active. Have a great day!

This is very hard. A lot of factors are affecting why we only have limited opportunities. Maybe start with the attitude of people, positive minded, hardworking, patient, determination, live simple and be thrifty. If the government will be less selfish things can be solved by providing more jobs for the people instead of spending a lot of money for a projects that sometimes not significant anymore!

Interesting, some places, if you're rich, you're obligated to have servants. Some places, people specialize and are artisans. Some places, everyone owns land and grows things. I think it also depends on what people have. Like people who have lots of sand can make glass. Places where there isn't much sand, it's hard to make glass. Places that have wood, wood carving, wood for heat, etc, but places that don't have that, can't very well cut, trade and carve it.So natural resources also plays into it. There are many variables. Interesting discussion.

This is my personal whim or fantasy or whatever you may call it. I think we should follow robin hoods method. We find people getting richer and richer and on the other side people are starving and dying without food. so why shouldnt there be a law that says people should not have more than this amount of money. If they earn more than that they should distribute it to the poor. Then everyone will be able to survive. Also lots of job opportunities should be created and people should become well educated.

I think most probably this will work in fantasy rather than in real life. I think if all the rich people gave money to poor people there will be no poverty.
