well as we all know, racial discrimination has been an issue way back then especially among the blacks and whites. it was indeed a controversial topic since different debates were done regarding this discrimination. I have seen, on tv shows or even in movies how black people were discriminated by the other just because of their race. their color was then an issue too. but hu do u thnk is responsble for this sensible issue? is it the government or the people themselves?
