IsabelMarco is reported as down since 31st May 2008 on account of Shutdown in the servers due to transformer fire at Building premises.
All emergency generators were shut down on fire department instructions. Many others PTC are also down for the same reason.

Hope it will be up again soon. I like IsabelMarco and make money there. Before downtime i had 27$ in pending after that payment i will request over 40$!
