Do you eat pizza with your hands or with a fork?

Depends on how messy it is. With things like stuffed pizza or a really sloppy deep dish, I always use a fork and knife. If it's just your regular pizza, I roll it up and eat it that way. I like to eat with my hands, though. ;)

Hi angel, I personally love to eat pizza with my hands but when it is hot as you say, I use a fork also if it is a deep dish pizza, I definitely use a fork. I noticed that I tend to eat pizza from the pizzeria with my hands and ones I make at home with a fork. Maybe cause of all the extra toppings I put on there. I just stick them up with the fork and a piece of the crust when they fall off.

I always eat pizza with my hands which are clean before I sit down to eat. I think that is how the Italians eat it that way. After all it is to them like hamburger with a bun is with us, and we do not eat hamburger with a bun with a fork - well, maybe you do, but no one I know does. The exception is when you are eating that deep dish pizza that is horribly gooey. Pizza is a snack food, or something you eat on the run, like hamburgers, Cornish pastries.

I do it both ways it just depends on the mood I am in and how hot the pizza is. If the pizza is really hot or messy I will use a fork but most of the time I just use my hands.

I always eat pizza with my hands, even if it's really hot or the toppings are falling off and making a mess. It's a pizza, that's half the fun of it! My brother uses a knife and fork for pizza when we're sat at the table but his hands when we're in the living room on the sofa. He said something about manners that I wasn't really paying attention to.

It depends. If it is hot, or loaded with toppings, like our home made, then I have to use a fork. If it is just a regular delivered pizza, I will eat it with my hands.

it depends where am i. if i'm at home, i'd probabaly be eating pizza with my hand. i usually use a tissue when holding the pizza. but if i'm in a pizza store, i either use my hand or use a fork. i use a fork if i don't want to mess my lipstick. if i'm not wearing any lipstick or if i couldn't care less if i mess it up, i would just hold the pizza with my hand and eat away.

when i'm on one of crazy my "diet mode" and i still eat pizza (hehehe..!) i eat with a fork since i eat much more slowly with it.. there are just times when i love to eat pizza but i just don't want to eat a layer so i use a fork.. but those times when im really hungry and been longing to eat pizza for days then i use my hands.. eheheh.. sometimes even if the cheese is still too hot that i usually burn my palate and tongue.. ahaha..

It depends on the pizza. If it is a really thin crust then I use my hands. Deep dish pizza on the other hand requires the use of a knife and a fork. Great! Now I want pizza.

I generally treat pizza as a hands-on food. However, I may break out the utensils if it is an extremely messy pizza (i.e., overflowing with toppings).

I am a person also who doesn't like to get my hands dirty while eating or anything else. But when it comes to pizza I will enjoy it with my hands and just keep a rag or napkin handy. I actually will allow my hands to get a little greasy for a while. It just seems easier to eat pizza that way. I have eaten it with a fork in the past. Whatever suits you is fine.

Ummm it depends. If the pizza is full of toppings and is really mess than I would use a fork but if it is not then I will use my hands.

I eat pizza with my hands because that is the way that pizza was meant to be eaten and there shouldn't be a change to that. While eating pizza with your buddies you should eat with your hands because if you don't then they might take it as an insult because if you eat with a fork then they think thhat you are trying to be better or act better than them. Any other food that was meant to be eaten with a fork i eat with a fork, such as pasta, rice, macaroni and cheese but not with the food that was supposed to be eaten with your hands such as chicken , or French fries

Ahh! Pizza! My favorite subject! When we eat pizza I almost always generally use my hands, but my husband uses a fork and a plate. I don't hate eating pizza with a fork I just feel more comfortable using my hands while eating pizza or even fried chicken. I guess I am a diver.

I prefer eating my pizza with my hands. I find fork a hindrance. LOL. The fork is only used to "cut" the pizza.

I eat my pizza with a knife and fork. I hate going places and they don't offer utensils. I also eat my hamburgers with a knife and fork.

i think it would be the best if you used fork if the pizza is very very greassy if not use your hands its finger food like chicken you know! you would enjoy it more if you eat it by hand.. but if you are a very tidy person then i guess gobble it up with a fork! :)

With a fork, no indeed. I eat my pizza with my hands and most everyone I know does the same thing. It' would be like trying to eat corn on the cob with a knife and fork. I have never got any food on my hands from 'eating a slice of pizza, and I always eat my hamburgers' with my hands too. much easier that way I think.

i always eat pizza with my hands I've never heard of anyone eating it with a fork before. But i guess when it comes down to it you can eat it anyway you like.
