Hi Mylotters, last night my sisters said that she is sleeping in the worng position and thats why she is unable to sleep. Do you have fix position to sleep? I have - i sleep like a baby - folding my legs near the stomach and hand near my face. What your position to sleep? I have noticed that this is my every day position. If i change a little bit then i am unable to sleep or will not get proper sleep? what about you? enjoy :)

I change every now and then, everyone in the family will describe me as a clock..LOL, I will start lying flat, then wake up, facing left, then right, then folding legs. It has no pattern really, it will just depend to where I want to face!LOL!

I can't sleep lying on my back and I can't get to sleep lying in a straight position. I have to curl up on my side before I can fall asleep. You are right to say that babies sleep this way, and many of us continue to do so. We are returning to the position we were in before we were born, when we were warm and safe inside our mother's womb.

Actually, I am not sure what position I am in when I fall in sleep, and my BF always complained that my position is too bad and not proper. So I am now studying the proper position for sleep to improve my position as the bad position always make me feel ache when I get up.

I basically always sleep on my back because I hear that it is good for your back, but I always wake up on my side. I guess when I fall asleep my body takes over. haha. Does anyone else fall asleep on their back and wake up on their side or stomach? I'm sure it's not just me.

I always fall asleep curled up on my right side. I might change positions in my sleep, but that's the position I have to be in as I'm trying to drift off.

When i'm trying to get some sleep, my position is like the position of a fetus inside the stomach - curled up on either right or left side, knees reaching the stomach. I can easily sleep in this position.
