Do you grind your teeth when you are asleep?

Some people have the habit of grinding their teeth while they sleep.I'm scared that voice!

Me too.When I lived in the dormitory ,some roommates have the habit of grinding their teeth when they are asleep.But I am not afraid of that.I will tell them the next day.

I used to, when I was little, but I don't think I do now. My husband hasn't said anyting about it.
