I know I am old but...

I am 41 and my daughter has managed to get me hooked on eminem.I mostly listen to country and Broadway musicals. However there is something about the message this guy sends in each of his songs,and I love watching him do live concerts I think he is quite hot. My daughter is 16 and her friends find it cool that I have eminem cranking on my stereo when they come over,,lol,,Does anyone have a similar situation ,or like eminem? Jas

he's a music genius all right but you might bash me for saying that sometimes he annoys me. the way he rants about his devotion to his daughter like nobody else is capable of loving a daughter. i know it's just because of what they went trough but a lot of people went through a lot worse situation too. and i hate people who could not accept criticisms graciously when they themselves are fond of making one and in a mean way sometimes. well, that being said, i should concur that his music is a great force to be reckon with...peace!

Nah I couldn't bash you for your opinion. I agree he is a bit much when it comes to his daughter. I look at this as with all his songs as his way of expressing what he feels. I wish he would come up with some different rhymes that aren't necessarily about him,but maybe a bout the world we are living him,he has a great way of putting things in the songs he writes. Jas
