Imagine if you can carry around softwares like Corel Draw X4 or MS Office 2007 in your thumb drive, without having to do extra installations incase you are working on a temporary system with very low configurations. These softwares dont need installation, just a self extracting file which can be extracted directly in to your thumb drive. They take small space like between 2MB to 70MB. This is a huge advantage, because the real softwares usually comes in huge DVDs and can fill up the hard drive very easily. I have uploaded 90 portable softwares on to my blog on the link below: http://nadhium.blogspot.com/2008/05/90-portable-softwares.html Includes softwares like Corel Draw X4, Nero 8, MS Office 2007, Limewire 4, Adobe Photoshop, and many more. Check them up and tell me what you think about portable softwares. Are they good? or are they bad? All the softwares have full functions as those of the original and have no errors in them.
