Well, I lost my good pedometer Saturday and finally found an old one I had here at the house. You'll get a kick out of this though. I have washed it so not sure how it is going to work. LOL We'll see. I hope we all can get more steps today. Let's see how well we do. God bless you all!!!

I'm hoping to make up for a dismal showing yesterday. After doing so well on Saturday, my back was killing me Sunday and I did less than 1,000 steps, every one of them painful! Today I feel better and will try to do well without pushing myself so hard that I hurt my back again!
Have a wonderful, productive day!

I needed to hear that "wonderful, productive day". I have so much to do and cannot see how I can get it all done today. I will have my 19 month old grand-daughter all day and my 9 yr old grandson will be here for a while and I am going to enjoy them for sure. Don't you work so hard today, you over did it Saturday! Take it easier today but you are doing great! God bless you and Have a blessed Monday!

Hi, i just bought my pedometer. My goal is to reach 10,000 steps a day, but I couldn't even reach half of it. I don't take the elevator anymore when going down the building (I am cheating, I take the elevator up) to help me reach my daily quota. I think I'm getting obsessed with this 10000 steps thing.

That pedometer is definitely a motivator! It's great to have you on this discussion joining in with us. We all are working up to 10,000 steps. They advise adding 2000 steps to your daily routine every day, well, we'll get there and welcome aboard! Have a blessed Monday!
