Let's discuss about our travel experiences!
So what's your favorite place you had been to? What are some of the best and/or worst moments when travelling? What do you look for in a place you are travelling to?(sight-seeings? culture? shopping? food? weather?) How do you normally prepare for a trip?I didn't have much chance to go overseas. The furthest I went is California with my grandmother and I loved it there! I will be going there this Sept after I've earned my air-tickets ( oil prices.........T___T )

I love beaches and I think Philippines has some of the greatest and most beautiful beaches I have seen. I had been to the Camiguin Island in which the sand is so white and the water is so clear (it tastes like mineral water too). And the best part is, this island is only visible in the morning during the low tide and will be sunken during noon.

Hey cooldude, I can "almost" imagine how the island disappear slowly when the tide comes in..If only I can see for myself.. hehe =) The water tastes like mineral water.. I presume it's not the sea water right? I'm sure the feeling of drining the water directly from the place and drinking it from a bottle is totally different!
I could sit in front of a beautiful beach for hours enjoying the breeze and smell, but I don't like the saltiness of the sea HAHA. Hence, I don't really go to a place for their beaches, but I will go only if there are nice beaches. =)
Appreciate ur response, will take note of the place if I plan to have a trip to nearby countries ^^
