I just read this on www.kptv.com. In portland oregan the human society is offering a reward for 5 mutalted cats found around the area.An adult male cat was found thurday night mutalated in the same way as 4 kittens that were found in the same area as the male cat was found.The human society said these cats were ruthlessly attacked and killed by someone with disreguard to suffering and pain inflicted on these animals.Well I hope they catch this person and get them some mental help before they start abusing a child or another person.I feel the laws for animal cruelty are to leinant and they need to make the laws harsher so maybe people will think before they do something horribel to a animal.
