As many of you should know, most of PTC sites allowed you to purchase referrals, and some PTC sites even just earning from member purchase referrals. Have you ever think of trouble behind this? TOS vs Referral Activity Most of the PTC sites that allowed you to purchase referrals, they will have terms of services state that, referral/s that you're purchase will be active, else will have the right to change referral. Mostly they will have a date, inactive within 1 week, 2 weeks or more, but this having some trouble behind. They just state that "active" within 1-2 weeks, and will change referral that didn't active for more than 2 weeks, but what is the standard of "active"? If your referral just login once in two weeks, and click 1 ad, he/she is count active or not? Some admin will change referral under this, but some admin wouldn't, as they have the right to. As the TOS said, they will just change referral that aren't active within 2 weeks. Any action within this two week mean that they're still active, even they just click 1 ad. So, I think that some site should change their TOS, to give more clear definition of "Active within 2 weeks", to give your member more protection. --I have one referral in one site that do like this, probably admin giving me this referral to let me earn lesser--
