Watching the Bachelorette, Deanna keeps saying "I arranged a carriage ride" or "I came up with this Helicopter ride". I also watched another dating show a little while ago where the guy always said "I planned this date".
You know what, Deanna didn't plan these dates. Are you kidding me? Most normal people would not come up with these types of dates b/c they A) Can't afford it on their own and B) are not aware that you CAN do these types of things.
I know the show arranges the dates and Deanna might have input but there's no way she has time to plan/arrange for these things. There's no way she has time to even come up with the ideas behind the date.
What do you think? I'm sure the show tells her to say "I arranged this" so that it sounds like it's not forced romance, but it's so obvious it is forced. The show knows to have them stand high up on a platform right when the sun is setting. She doesn't know to do that. She doesn't know exactly when the sun sets in LA when she is from somewhere else.

I'm having a hard time holding my interest. The guys are all buddy buddy. It's not like The Batchelor where the girls all get catty. That's part of the fun of the show! The guys are all hanging like best friends. I was wondering if it was because the show is two hours long? I dunno! It just doesn't seem to be pulling together for me.

I don't want to see the guys fighting, but I do want to see more competition! Right now if one of the other ones gets a rose they are tapping knuckles and giving high fives. That doesn't make sense if you really love the girl.
Plus, I think these guys are a little lame being SOOOOO into her. It's one thing to say you feel a connection, but another to say that you already love her.

oh come! this doesn't have to be an issue because all of us know that everything is done for a "SHOW".... meaning everything is fake....i don't believe in this reality shows because the fact that you have a camera rolling, it means that it is not real....even if you say that you are showing what is really happening, people tend to act differently if they know that there is someone is watching.... it is psychologically in us....
so don't even ask.....EVERYTHING THERE IS JUST FOR THE SHOW.... it's not even worth watching!

Well I do believe the dates are planned out to appear a certain way, I don't believe it's ALL scripted as I do think Deana really does look for Mr. Right. The problem is Mr. Right could easily be acting and she has to figure out who is an actor and who really likes her.
