Do you think Kimbo Slice is a good fighter?

I saw my first Kimbo Slice fight on Youtube about 2 years ago and every since then I have thought he was a great all out street fighter. Now after I watched him fight on CBS saturday night I still think he's a great fighter. Now I know he can't fight that good on the ground but he will get better at that. I assume that who ever he fights will try and take him to the ground and beat him there. That's because if you try and fight him man to man, fist to fist he's going to win every time. As he did Saturday night in the third round. The first round was a pretty good round even thought the other fight took him to the ground Kimbo was able to over power him and not much damage was done. In the second round the they went to the ground again Kimbo was able to survive until the third round. In the third round Kimbo didn't let it go to the ground he caught the guy with 5 great punches to cause the Ref. to call the fight. I think if anyone whats to beat him they'll have to do it on the ground but if anyone try's and fights him fist to fist they will lose.
