Helpful Tips for a better Sleep

If you're sensitive to caffeine,avoid caffeinated drinks such as brewed coffee,strong instant coffee mixes such as Irish coffee or Cappuccino six to eight hours before sleep time.Choose milk,juice or plain water with your evening meals.Go for light herbal teas like chamomile,rose or jasmine tea.
Don't expect a glass of wine or other alcoholic beverages to help you sleep well.Initially,you may feel drowsy,but your sleep might be light,not the deep most restful kind of sleep pattern.
Promote rest through the regular physical activity.Being active actually helps your body relax and sleep soundly.Just refrain from exercising too close to bedtime.
Listen to your favorite music.Make your surroundings sleep friendly.A darken,quite room,comfortable bed and pillow to lie on the temperature on the cool side.Try to stick to a regular sleep pattern.
