They say women talk a lot and there really are so many funny stories like a wife talking and talking only to find out that her husband was already sleeping while sitting. I think women should see to it that their words are kept fewer and should there be many it must only be sensible and worthwhile things. Let us refrain from too much talking to the point of nagging. I believe no husband like a nagging wife so it is not their fault should they rather sleep instead of listening. Have you observed your husband these days? Do you think he still listens to you as when he was still pursuing you???

The best way for me to answer your question is this. He acts like he is listening. Do I believe he is? No not at all. If he was why would he ask me things that I have already told him more than once. I don't talk a lot compared to most people but if I didn't talk the only noise would be the children talking because he is to wrapped up in television, work, or the computer.

I remember one tv commercial with this discussion! I agree, we wives must limit our talks. I know that it is not easy for us but I am trying to do that since there are times that I notice my husband not listening to me. And it really adds up to my temper when i noticed him not listening but I must say that he does that because I am too noisy when I got pissed off. Even the neighbors were complaining about me! LOL That's why Im trying and there are times that I've got successful in controlling it.

I'm still single, but I would like to comment based on my mum's example. She's a woman that really can nag you for hours. And most of the time, my dad and the kids will just ignore her nagging as it's not necessary to listen to it. So, ladies, please talk only when your words are constructive and good for your husband and your family!

i've learned how not to nag my husband.. it took me a lot of patience! but i get my "revenge" when he does or got something wrong because he didn't listen to me.. bwehehe.. so now he listens to me (more than before) and i don't repeat what i say (well, at least not as often as i used to!)
