I use Vista at home and at work. If you have an open mind and aren't afraid to learn something new it will be good for you. I've had nothing with good experiences with it so far even though many people have had bad ones. I attribute it to the most part with me being very familiar with computers and most people are not. For those who aren't good with computers it might be best to make sure you have a friend who knows how to use Vista before making the switch.

No!!!!I don't like it. If vista running good that you must have a good machine config, Memory 1G at least... But it not main problem, the sofeware is less in the vista, and it's not suitable for me, a lot of program tools can't run ,I think I use the winxp until the better OS coming out.

Nope, don't think so. I don't have so good computer also, but I think windows XP is just fine. and Vista is only at the begining and it probably has some bugs. So maybe I will have windows vista after some time.

No, not yet. Our computer still has Windows XP, but if we get a new computer it will most likely have vista. But, that won't be for a while.

I don't plan on switching to vista until absolutely necessary. Vista takes more to run than Home, which can mean a big difference for gamers. There are also lots of compatability issues with vista. This isn't a problem for everybody, but my XP Home runs smoothly as it is, and I wouldn't want to slow down my system with Vista when it does what I need it to as it is. Also, I don't think I could ever get used to Vista. I just don't like it.

I would love to upgrade to Vista but my curent system configuration aren't that much to run the windows vista smoothly. Windows is very heavy and requires very good system to access its all utilities. But in future if I upgrade my PC I will install Windows Vista.

I used vista for more than 6 months already. It is ok, no problem so far. But, in my case, I have two computers, one with vista and the other one with xp. So far, I never have any problems with compatibility because I use the newest softwares but there are problems with some anti virus software. Some of them are not compatible at all with vista. When I use my computer for work, I don't have problems since I work mostly with microsoft office software. The biggest vista problem is it is very slow when doing a file transfer, specially, big files.

Nope no way. I don't think i will ever move to vista. I am perfectly happy with windows xp. I have heard of so many problems with vista. So i think i will skip it until at least the next version of windows comes out in a few years.
