Country Leader

I think no gender is ideal. As long as the person is capable in dealing with the position. What matters most is that the leader should serve the people who voted for him/her and not serve his/herself...

Both have potentials and are not handicapped in any way, i can mention some great leaders who were women. Though usually only men comes to mind when you say "leader". If you're talking about soldiers, perhaps one would have to admin men do better in the field. But leading people and nations have nothing to do with gender. A woman can do as fine a job as a man, as long as they love their country.
