Today I'm sitting here, I'm all alone in the office and i can smell donuts. I KNOW i dont have donuts in my office and I've been good and havent bought any for like a month...so the smell isnt really here. I looked through the building and i cant find the source of the smell. Its driving me nuts and making me hungry! Does anyone else ever smell something that isnt really there?

I haven't done that in forever, but I do remember one time when I was a teenager when that happened. I woke up one morning smelling apple pie. It smelled really good, and it was later in the afternoon, so maybe my grandmother had decided to bake one. I rush downstairs to find out, but the smell was gone. I looked all over the counter to see if it was cooling, I even went as far as to look in the oven to see if it was still baking, nothing. I asked my grandmother if she was cooking or doing something with apples, but no, she wasn't. There wasn't an apple the first in the house. I was mad then, now my mouth was watering for a good homemade apple pie, and there wasn't any to be had. Finally I ended up going to the store and buying a frozen apple pie.
