Vanity License Plate

Do you have a personalized license plate? Sometimes they call them "vanity" plates, I guess if you spend 30K or more on a car you should get them for free. I've seen some pretty cool ones and some, I wanted to follow the driver home and ask them what their "tag" said. Rev up and respond.

I had a vanity plate for my first and 2nd car. It was BRAT246. Then I had a car repoed on me and took the plates off b4 they hooked it up but failed to transfer them later to a new car. Guess I just never got around to it later on.

I don't have a vanity plate. It makes it easier for witnesses to remember when you are committing a crime and they see you driving away to flee the scene!! Just joking! But no, I don't have a vanity plate. I don't care for one, I'd rather spend my money on more important things, I guess. It's not something desireable or important to me.

Like Ron White said, "I'm between 6'2 and 6'4 depending on what store I'm leaving from at 2:00am". Cool, save your cash Bethany.

I haven't ever had one, or even seriously considered it. I guess I've never had enough money to consider getting a really good one. There's a BMW garage near me that uses a couple of personalised plates on it's top spec cars, and one of them is my birthday. That would be rather cool to unwrap on my birthday, if it were still attached to the car of course! I was reading earlier about the Bugatti Veyron in Dubai which has the UAE plate 1. I've heard that the car plus plate is worth around 5 million. How can you possibly justify that?

My License Plate has my last name on it. (I don't want to say what my last name is on here, sorry.) But recently I've been thinking about getting rid of it and getting a regular one. There are too many times I am driving stupidly or doing something dumb and I don't want everyone to know it's me! Lol. Also no matter where I go and wherever I park, someone I know sees my van and knows where I am. Sometimes I have to circle around a block a couple times to find a house and I know when people see my plate it is obvious it's the same van coming by again. It's very noticable.

No I don't have one and don't really see the point in them really but I was passed on the motorway yesterday by a HRH and here in the UK I think you can only have that if you are part of the Royal familly, not 100% sure though. I would rather spend the money on something more practical myself. Ellie :D

We used to have one. When we moved to KY we found out they charge extra here for a vanity plate. That wasn't worth it for me. But I'm with you. Some are cool and some I have no idea what it is supposed to mean.

There was one shiek in Saudi Arabiu that paid 1 millon dollars for a 3 letter plate. They can go up to 100,000 english pounds in england.... In France, Italy, Spain, most of Europe, u can not buy a special plate..... If I remember right, it was $19 in VA (USA) 10 years ago....
