Sunscreen vs Sunblock, which is better and what is the difference?

Hi ,
What the difference between sunscreen and sunblock? Does any of these sun protection location prevent one from getting a sun tan? And which is better screen or block?

hello ovation4u,
well i too am not sure about those things and i really wanted to know about the difference between them. and i think that may be they have something to do with the sun protection factor levels in the lotions or creams.
