anyone in here know how to get payoneer card?

i just heard something that payoneer card available to use as verification card for paypal account. so i just wonder how to get it? should we subscribe as member to one of program or we just can buy it? anyone in here who has experience about payoneer card please share with me. thanks

i will look at your link in here dear friend. i hope its capable enough for my country since i see the offer for my country is not too widely open not as like big countries for example USA, UK, etc. many thanks for your helping

I do remember having seen it written somewhere that they do not maill Payoneer cards outside the US, but that there are several other companies that partner with them and can supply the cards to people in countries other than the US. Good luck.
