Today as I was watching the morning news I was shocked to hear this... Tonight if you are under 17 years old and out past 6:00 p.m. without someone over the age of 21, you will get a $500 fine, and or 90 days in jail! Yeah, your not allowed to be out between 6:00p.m.--6:00a.m. Yes you read that correctly. They (state of Michigan) has like 12,000 volunteers out and if they think your a teenager with friends or alone, they will have a cop pull you over and if your not 18 or above they will give everyone in the car tickets! This also applys to people on Halloween! As soon as trick or treating is over you must go home! Is it just me, or is this seem a little EXTREME??? Nowadays, you can't do anything! I cannot believe this. When I was 16, 17 we had never heard anything like this!
Now my question is, does this also apply where you live?? And if so, do you agree with it? Why or Why not??

This doesn't happen where I live. But I have had cops follow me home in their cars thinking that I didn't see them. I had that happen after work one night I got off at 10 and I'm 17 and they followed me all the way home and even drove past my driveway. I think that they're starting to go overboard with the curfews. What about the kids that have jobs and don't get off till 10pm. It's not fair to give them a ticket on their way home from work. And on Holloween come on. I would be upset if I was told that I had to be in early that night. I usually stay out and party so that's just dumb. It makes me wonder if they're briging the volunteers to turn us in.

how rude i think the kids in your area need to get together and protest as in every one goes out and when caught say alright put me in jail for starters they wont have the room for all of them and it would send them a clear message that there over stepping the mark you vote in a goverment you should never have to fear them get out there and fight back

That sounds way too extreme to me, we don't have anything like that here. I live in Australia.
