Replacing Infinity (w/amp) sound system in Mitsubishi Eclipse Spider

The problem that I am currently having is the red cable the acc cable is not working I have checked all fuses, both affiliated and non. To no avail everything I have tried to get power to the deck is simply not working any and all sugestions welcome.
