Dioxin carcinogens cause cancer, especially of the breast.Plastic water bottles with water in them release dioxin in the water from the plastic bottle. Do not heat food in plastic containers in a microwave. This applies particularly to food containing fat. The high heat combined with fat in the food, the plastic releases dioxin in the food and ultimately into the cells. Instead use glass, corning ware or ceramic containers. You can heat the food without the danger of dioxins. Saran wraps which are wrapped over food whilst they are nuked, with the high heat drip poison into the food. Instead use paper napkins.
