SNAFU defined- I am so screwed!

I just got home from a trip to Jamaica and the Caribbean islands of Grand Cayman and Haiti in addition to Cozumel, Mexico. Which had been bought, paid for, and arranged since early in January (and was not only free for me but netted me $2G's for the 7 day engagement)I was even a "good girl" while I was away (which if you can tell by my avatar photo is not a role I do much!) I buckled down and got my homework in for school. It was always one of the conditions of my going on this cruise was access to his laptop and the internet (at a cost of 53 cents a minute on the ship!)at whatever cost so that I could complete and submit the afforementioned homework. This was weeks no. 7 for IT 220 and week 8 for IT 230 which I was getting a poor grade in previous to the trip, of two nine week long courses. I arrived home last night and tried to open one of my submitted homework attachments so that I could complete another assignment that is part and parcel of last weeks two assignments and what do ya know. Though the Mac laptop that I was using features MS Office 97 for Mac, apparently this version is uncompatible with the software as installed on a PC. This means all five assignments (3 for IT 220 and 2 for IT 230) were submitted but were not openable by either of my instructors. That means that last weeks assignments, and dilligence are FLUSH! down the dammed drain. I am so effing frustrated I could break down and cry except that I haven't the tie nor the energy to spend as I have final assignments both due this week and next and I have to go out of town again next week because my daughter is graduating from High School in Las Vegas Next week. Can us say oh #$hindis mendis fendis S.N.A.F.U. I am so very screwed! for those who are not familiar snafu stands for: Situation Normal All eFFed Up!
