does single broadband connection can be shared at different location

hi,
I own a broadband connection to a pc A in one location . Miles away I am using pc B hooked up to internet using dialup modem only.Is there a way to share IP of pc A to pc B and similar broadband speed

You can connect PC B to PC A , but you cannot get boradband speed to PCB because your dial up connection has its own limit of 64kbps speed which you cannot exceed.
Also you cannot share your broadband connection since the other computers are miles away and no switch or hub can provide such amplification to server computers that are miles away
