Does anyone remeber them? I remember in school we would wear them as a sign of friendship, with your best friend......

I have never seen them before.. I think they are cute! If we had them when I was at school I am sure I would have worn them with my best friend.. Maybe its because Im in another country? I am located in the netherlands...
