can we get a lot of respond if our english is still poor

i am been wondering for while if my english is not too good at all can i still get a lot of respond, looking to other people respond make me thinking is that they english make their respon a lot, i want to improving my english so i can reply other people post without think which word i have to use exaclty.

mulau_ I respond to discussions started by people whose first language is not English. Engish is a very difficult language to learn. Hang in there and keep trying.
Reading other people's comments will help. Someone helped me with my German by re-phrasing my sentences using the correct grammar. Do you want to ask for help with your posts?
