I know most Obamites are rejoicing at the comming of their messiah but I want to warn you against premature celebrations! The real vote is in August and he won't be the nominee until then! Now let me ask you Obamites something; did you listen to Hillary's speech last night, really listen? She did not sound defeated to me and in fact described several reasons why she was still the most electable candidate between her and Obama! Still believe there is no way Hillary wins the nomination? Consider this: Hillary meets with a large delegation of the "stupid-delegates" with an ultimatum. What ultimatum you ask? Just the one she has eluded to several times in the past; either change your votes and put me in the top slot and I will choose Barack as the veep then in eight years he gets his shot and everybody is happy! If not Hillary takes her campaign independant taking a huge number of core democrats with her thus assuring a McCain victory! Didn't you people see this coming? She said recently that she was committed to a democrat winning the whitehouse this year. What she didn't say was the only democrat that it could be would be her! It's as plain as the nose on your face and you know what? She's going to pull it off one way or the other!

Interesting idea and I have heard hints at an independent run. However, just yesterday she was quoted as saying she would be willing to be Obama's running mate. Maybe people misinterpreted and she was simply indicating that she would take Obama as VP, lol. Either way, she is indeed gambling high. And it may not pay off the way she wants it to.

Jonsey, True enough but I am a gambling man and if I wanted something as bad as Hillary wants this, this is a gamble I would take and she probably will!

Even Hillary should realize that if she takes her campaign independent that she has no chance of winning, and that would also assure a McCain win. She is desperate however because she knows this is her last shot at the top spot, and if Obama is smart he will not pick her for the vice-president slot because she would be opposing him at every opportunity. This entire campaign has been about Hillary on her part, and about Obama and race on his part. Neither of them are concerned with the welfare and interests of the country, they are only interested in the office and the power it represents. This could be a self destructive year for the democrats.

This has become a pain in the butt to me. They have really been doing the below the belt thing and that is not goo for any of them. I Now i know that this is off the bat with what i'm about to say. but I would not be surprised if McCain becomes president. To me there is something behind close doors going on. I guess we have to wait and see what will really happen.
