prepaid cards

Hi!! I need a prepaid visa or similar to join a website that pays you with that card but I dont live in the usa, so I dont have a SSN nor a usa mail address... Does anyone know if I can get a prepaid card in that case? I mean, are prepaid cards only for usa residents? Thanks!

I know you can get the much music prepaid card if you are in Canada or the us but I'm not sure about anywhere else. I ordered one recently but haven't yet received it (they said 10-15 days I ordered it the night before last.)
Other than that one I haven't been able to find any others that look legit for out of the USA.
