6/4 Episode

I watch Ghost Hunters every Wednesday night. Tonight they were at a distillery in California that was supposed to be haunted by the blue lady. During their investigation they discovered that it was a hoax. Grant and Jason gave the guy a chance to confess, but he made up a very lame excuse. I would have been so ticked off if I had been lied to like they were. Did anyone else catch this episode? What were your thoughts on the hoax?

I just watched it here in the AZ. That was pretty horrible. The kicker was when that worker guy said it slipped his mind about all the fake effects. That dude was a moron and just sat there with that crap eating grin on his face. Its a wonder Jason didn't slap the taste out of his mouth. I love the show, but its hard enough to get evidence of anything happening without jerks like that wasting their time and my time.

Yeah and there was no way it "slipped his mind" because the very things they had rigged were the things that they had called TAPS about (the laughter, face in mirror, swaying lights).

I agree that he was a moron! I wouldn't want to push Jason like that.

I would have been very angry at that point and packed everything up. But seeing as they're professional that would hurt them a lot. I just love though how he 'forgot' to mention it to the guys. Oh well, I don't think it's the first time this has happened to them.

Yeah. I have always wondered if things like this happen to them very often.

I saw it. I would have been pretty ticked off too. I was hoping Jason and Grant would really let him have it. He wasted their time, their gas, and a tv show on that nonsense. I don't think it will do anything good for their business.

I really think it will hurt their business. Once people realize that they have been dupped they will really be ticked off! I know I would be!

i saw that episode and i was upset too! they went all the way to the west coast for those jerks! and how could that guy "forget" about the "ghost experience enhancments" as he put it?! if i was Grant or jason i would have chewed the guy a new one for costing them time and money to get there, then given him the bill!

I thought it was really annoying at the end when the guy made a claim about people still would come and they would witness it for themselves. I would never ever go to a place like that where I knew the owners had blatantly deceived someone in an attempt to gain publicity.
