In the paper this morning there was an entry for Patrick, no surname, or photo given. But I knew exactly who that was, an 11 year old boy, who was run over by a small truck on the weekend, while crossing the road on a pedestrian crossing with his father. His mother was in the sidewalk, waiting to cross. He was taken to hospital, but passed away a couple of hours later. The notice in the paper said he had been attending the Andritz primary school and I know from his age, that he would have finished primary in a month's time. If he is going to be buried today, then the whole city is in mourning, as it hasn't stopped raining all day!

That is very sad,and I feel sorry for his family losing a member that young has to be very hard, and too think how much potential he had,and how far he could have gotten in life, and I hope that the dude that hit him gets the punishment they deserve.

Well, the truth is that I felt sorry for the boy, his family and friends, but the problem is that Patrick was not run over by a "dude", but by a woman! I feel sorry for the woman too, as it might not have been easy, especially if she was a mother and had kids of her own! Using a small truck, Bofront delivers frozen food to us every two weeks and the driver is usually a woman, so I had her in my mind too, as it must not be easy driving that big, heavy truck around. My Bofrost woman is on holidays now, but one must consider everybody, as it could have been her, couldn't it?

Yeah I bet it would be hard for her, especially if she is a mother, and if she has a kid about the same age as the boy she ran over, and all things are possible so it might have been the one you were thinking of,and have a good day, good luck in your life, and Happy Posting.
