I can go on for about 45 minutes if I really like the book. 
I can go as far as 2 hours if I "need" to for studies/work. 
I try to fight getting really sleepy while reading. I have little patience reading while sitting though. I like to read while lying down.

Hi P_vadala,
I can read easily 4 to 5 hours at a stretch. It all depends upon UR mood and concentration.But sometime I also not able to read even for 1/2 hour at a stretch.

The most I can read is about a half hour too! Any longer and my attention starts to wonder elsewhere!

I can read for hours if it's good and I have no one around to irratate doing it. It's a problem huge problem for me. If I start and continue(that is if I like it) then I cant put it down. Even bigger problem is browsing at book shops. I have been financially tight most of my life but when I see all those great books stacked up there I make a mess of my budgets. It is so frustating some times.
