How can you say your succesfull right now? How do you get along with older (younger)co-workers? Have you worked with someone that you didn;t like? If so, how did you handle it? Give me an example of a time when you tookthe time to share a co-workers or supervisors achievement with others? How would you see yourself 5 years from now?

How can you say your succesfull right now? I believe that I am academically successful right now, but not very success career wise as I do not have job at the moment and I would love this job as it would make me more successful because -insert reasons related to job- How do you get along with older (younger)co-workers? I do not see age as problem as I am probably one of the younger people that you will employ, most people will be my senior and they can teach me many things, so that I can develop myself in my career and other aspects of my life. Have you worked with someone that you didn;t like? If so, how did you handle it? Oooh I got asked this yesterday in my interview. Basically I just try and be polite to them and incorporate them into the group as much as possible, but if they are not willing to co-operate with my attempts at being civil then I will just leave them to work in their own way. Give me an example of a time when you took the time to share a co-workers or supervisors achievement with others? I have never had a previous job, so I am unable to answer this question directly, but when I was at school, I asked if a friends academic achievement could be put in the newsletter, because I think coming first in a singing competition for the whole city was very impressive. How would you see yourself 5 years from now? I will have just finished University and will be looking for a career in accounting.

Wow those are some very thought provoking questions. Here is how I would answer them. 1. I consider myself to be successful now because I am healthy, happy, I have a roof over my head and I have no legal or criminal troubles. 2. I tend to get along well with both age groups due to my age and maturity level. I am in my late teens so I do socialize with the younger crowd but I have also been told that I am very mature for my age. Several of my very close friends are considerably older than me. 3. I have worked with someone that I did not care for but the work place is not the place to handle differences of opinions. I spoke courteously to this person while at work and simply chose not to socialize with them outside of work hours. 4. I have never taken the credit for something that a coworker did. If a manager comments on a job well done, I make sure to credit whoever did the action or whoever the people were that helped me to complete the action. Everyone deserves to be recognized for their hard work and efforts.5. In five years, I do not care where I am living or what my occupation is but as long as I am happy with myself then I will consider myself fully satisfied. Have a great day!

My success right now will depends on me getting this job. Age is not a problem working with others. The first thing one must have is respect. Once you have this well you will be able to work with anyone. Sharing co-workers/supervisors achievement with someone is else is by telling them about it. I see myself working here and improving myself by attending school and educating myself more about this field.

I am happy to say that I am successful right now for the reason that I could live on my own and have the things i deem necessary without asking help from my parents. I guess that's one thing. Respect for others either with older or younger ones will float the boat. I have experienced working with someone I didn't like. At first it was some kind of tricky and uncomfortable. So what I did was I tried to be a friend subsequently, we became good good friends since then. I once told my friends with reference to my co-worker's/supervisor's achievement way back then, it was also like you are hoping to achieve what they had accomplished. They have became my inspiration out of the blue. I could see myself 5 years from now having a family of my own, a constant job, and if God permits, a happy life to live for always.

Yes I still depend with my parents in some aspects. They are always part of my daily plan in life and also the whole family. ^_____^ (jampong.!^^^)
