okk my question to all beautifull here is "What is the best way to get in touch with a stranger so that u can have a good freind leading to a special relationship of love?"
I know different people,different thoughts etc etc plzz express urself here

You just have to get to know them. Walk up, strike up a conversation and go for it. You may have to take it slow as people are more guarded when it comes to "pickups" that even casual conversation is met with suspicion. It'll take time and effort as relationships need to evolve.
