How would you perform well in a workplace where there is someone who is pretending to be the best? Having a colleague like this makes your performance sucks. A person who doesn't accept other's opinion. A person who feels envious whenever someone is praised. A person who acts like a "princess" makes one's performace terrible. A person who acts like your friend but not for real. A person pretending to be rich but ain't true. A person who speaks but no work at all. As Batman says "It doesn't matter who I am underneath, but what I do defines me".

Well that's her problem not mine... That would perhaps be my defense mechanism should I get to work with a person like what you've described. I will not let her bad attitudes ruin my performance.. I would keep on doing my job to the best of my abilities unmindful of her. Anyway she will be the one who would reap all the fruits of her misdoings in the end. It will help me then to work as if she does not exist for afterall she is the one accountable to God for what she is doing. Perhaps it is easier said than done but well.. there is nothing impossible under the sun.
