Pennysaver and Clipper Magazine Coupons... Do you use them?

Today, I got a little gift in the mailbox. No, I didn't get money. I got the Pennysaver and I got the Clipper Magazine. Both have good coupons in them for buy one get one free offers at restaurants, etc. Do you look at and use the coupons in the Pennysaver and in the Clipper Magazine? Do you find these mailings to be beneficial or would you rather they did not mail them to you?
