Different way of eating

I have found a way of eating that works well for me. I have already lost some weight. I don't usethe scales, but I can get into some clothes that wouldn't fit me a couple of weeks ago. *I am having proteins and vegetables for my breakfast, lunch and dinner(some fat is okay with these meals as long as you don't have much carbohydrate with them). *I am also having 2 snacks between meals for which I eat lowfat carbohydrates(I usually choose cereals and milk, fruit or yogurt for these, because they are also healthy, but any lowfat carb is okay). *I eat these meals and snacks 3 hours apart. I like this system because it is simple to work out the meals and snacks, I can pretty much have what I want, and I don't get too hungry between eating times. Another plus is that I don't have to leave out any food groups to eat this way. It is healthy.

goodluck on losing that extra weight, never been a problem with me, i dont gain weight, i want to but cant, dunno why i dont get fat no matter how much i eat

I got off the program for the weekend and am having trouble getting back on. I'm tired of the same old food and nothing seems appetizing right now, so I will probably have to take a little break and find some better recipes that will help me stay on. Thanks for your encouragement.

That sounds like a really good way to eat. Keep it up! :) One thing that helped me to lose weight is drinking tea with a little apple cider vinegar in it every morning. I like the punch it gives the tea, but don't ever breathe while drinking it. It'll take your breath away.

I've heard apple cider vinegar is a good weight loss aid. Thanks for the advice.
